To get started, you and I need to determine the parameters of the desired car: make, model, permissible mileage, configuration (if you know), your budget. If you do not know what kind of car you want, I will try to help you with advice and choose the car of your dreams with you.
The second step is to make a deposit to a Japanese account (company). The
deposit amount is 200,000 yen, which is approximately 1300 euros (may vary
depending on the exchange rate). The deposit can also be paid in cash in Cyprus.
Depending on the deposit payment method you choose, it goes either to offset the
future car bill, or to offset customs clearance and car registration (if you
chose cash payment).
Before we buy a car, you can change your mind and ask for the deposit back. It
is returned only in cash within a week. In case of refusal to buy a car after we
won it at the auction, the deposit is not refunded. We always fully adapt to
your requests and choose exactly what you want 100%. In 7 years of work, we have
not had a single dissatisfied customer.
After we have won a car for you, we will send you all its photos, the auction list, all its parameters, as well as the preliminary cost of the car. Within a few days, the Japanese side issues us an invoice (invoice for payment) in your name and we forward it to you for payment. The invoice will include: the cost of the car, all expenses on the Japanese side and delivery to Cyprus. If you paid the deposit by bank transfer, then it must be deducted from the invoice amount. Payment must be made within one calendar week from the date the invoice is sent to you. Then they can penalties will be charged in the amount of 1% of the amount for each day of late payment.

Transfer from any non-Russian bank to Japan
- Transfer from any non-Russian bank to Japan
- Transfer from any non-Russian bank to Japan
- In cash for 3-5% of the amount
- In rubles by internal transfer within Russia (this method is not always available due to the rapid changes in the attitude of other countries towards the Russian Federation, but we do our best we try to support this method for the convenience of our customers). At the time of writing this document, payment in rubles is available without restrictions.
You can pay for the invoice in several ways:
If you want to insure your car against damage and any damage on the road, please
let us know. The cost of this service is 1.5% of the total invoice amount and
will be included in the invoice.
The lack of insurance does not mean that
the car will come broken or scratched, but if this happens, you will have to
make repairs at your own expense. According to our statistics, this happens to
2-3 cars out of 100 (light scratches, sometimes a dent).
At the end of
this stage, we are waiting for a photo of your passport (or ID), a pink slip or
a stub about applying for a pink slip (if you are a foreigner).
A few days before the arrival of the car in Cyprus, we contact you and ask you to pay for customs clearance, MOT and SVA. According to the law, the amount of customs clearance is 10 + 19% + carrier fees + port fees of the entire invoice amount. We will try to do this procedure for you for 20-23%. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this 100%, but our practice says that the probability is high. The ILO and SVA with all movements between garages in Limassol is 175 euros, including the transportation of a car between garages. If the car arrives at the port of Larnaca, then the cost of delivery by car carrier is up to Limassol is 100 euros. On average, the whole process takes 2-3 months (but depends on the complexity of completing your order in terms of selecting the right equipment, year and other parameters). Usually, from the moment of full payment of the invoice in 1-2 months, the car it turns out to be in Cyprus.
At this step, you have already paid for customs clearance, the car is in one of our garages or in our parking lot and is ready to undergo MOT and SVA. We are waiting for your insurance and a number of documents (list below). If you do not have your own insurance broker, we will provide you with our own. Once you have passed the MOT & SVA, you can pick up your car (formally, this should be done on a car carrier, because it is forbidden to drive a car without license plates, but almost everyone neglects this and enjoys driving their own auto yourself).
- PDF file of the insurance policy (or cover note)
- Passport photo or ID
- Photo of a pink slip or a stub about filing (for foreigners)
- Full address with an index
- Phone number (Cypriot)
So, before submitting documents for registration, you need to send us:
Then we submit the documents for registration and wait for its completion. It takes 1-3 business days, but sometimes it takes a week.
When your car is registered, we will inform you about it. We attach the license plate to the car and give you the documents for it. You need to make a final calculation and pay for our services (if you have not been paid before), as well as the cost of registration, which strongly depends on the road tax on your car. On average, registration costs 300 euros with all fees.
